Custom-made artwork
Every commission is made specifically from your photographs and confirmed brief. Because it is personalised and cannot be resold as a standard product, completed custom artwork is not eligible for return or exchange.
Preview & approval
We send a clear digital preview before the artwork is framed and dispatched. You may request reasonable refinements that stay within the confirmed brief. A fundamentally different subject, composition or direction may require a revised quote and timing.
Framing and dispatch begin only after your written approval.
Timing & delivery
Most commissions arrive within 1 to 2 months after the brief and payment are confirmed. Complexity, the speed of customer feedback, framing, customs and destination may affect the final date. We communicate material changes through the order timeline and email.
Artwork is shipped in protective packaging with tracking when supported by the carrier.
Quote & payment
Uploading a commission request does not charge you. We first review the photograph, scope and destination, then send the confirmed quote. Secure online payment is made only after you approve those details. Any cancellation terms are stated clearly with the quote before payment.
Photographs & privacy
Reference photographs are stored privately and used to evaluate and create your commission. They are not published or used in marketing without separate permission. Order details are accessible only with the matching commission number and email.
